The complete infrastructure form log yard to finishing and dispatch in-house ensures consistent high quality product and timely deliveries and efficiencies.
Quality begins with the selection of each & every piece of log in the Yard on arrival from the market. Logs that pass the standards of thickness, maturity and other parameters are selected for peeling and are cut to sizes. The rest of the Logs are taken to saw mills for sawing baton for block board and flush doors. The reject material is taken to the Boiler Section to be used as firewood.
The selected sized logs are debarked and peeled on modern microprocessor-controlled spindle less high-speed Machines. The core veneer from peeling is of uniform thickness and size. Veneer is graded again and the only first-grade veneer is taken for production.
The Core Veneer is taken to the Dryer Section where they are fed into roller dryer for bringing the level of moisture content to the desired level. Drying is done at a uniform temperature that also helps in removing starch and kills microscopic organisms.
Superior Grade Resin for Moisture Resistant and Waterproof Products is prepared on the state of the art fully stainless steel plant with formalin and phenol. The in house resin manufacturing assures consistent quality which is the basis of strong plywood products.
Core Veneers are glued on the latest machines and composed in layers on tables as per the required thickness by highly skilled manpower.
Plywood is cut on all four sides on latest cutting machines. Sanding, Chemical Treatment, and Polishing are done of modern machinery to get the final product which meets the quality standard and customer satisfaction.
